Our Classic Double rooms are a celebration of flora and fauna, with stunning, individual wall coverings. The manor house’s original features such as hand-carved architraves and window surrounds have been lovingly restored to their classic country house style.

Some of the most charming rooms based in both the Harcourt and Manor House, these rooms are utterly comfortable and ooze character, each individually designed from classic cool to distinctive stylish interiors. They make for an ideal hideaway to chill out and while away an afternoon.

Space is premium with our family rooms. With two double beds, these rooms accommodate up to 4 guests providing extra space for a cot or bed if required, as well as the choice of interconnecting rooms for larger groups or families. A stylish and spacious stay for the whole family.

All the rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, and if you need that something special to be provided for your stay please just ask. 

Striking, characterful feature wallpaper is what sets our Junior Suites apart, with colourful scenes that marry with the view to the gardens outside. They’re large too, at up to 39 square metres of space to fully relax and feel at home. Complimentary luxury toiletries and slippers complete the experience.

The garden suite has a great view of the Harcourt Gardens, highlighting the ancient trees, setting the scene for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The suite is bright and airy, filled with natural sunlight and the floral décor brings the outside in, sharing the natural delights of Pendley’s surroundings.

Our selection of Superior Double rooms seamlessly blend up-to-the minute interior design whilst respecting the heritage of this Victorian manor house. Making up at least 29 square metres, our Superior Doubles include a relaxing seating area to enjoy the room. Blending rich hints of colour with satisfyingly neutral tones, our rooms also have classic chic marble-tiled bathrooms and windows that frame the views out onto our manicured grounds.
